I personally like Bleach, it ain't the best thing ever but I like it over Naruto, that show broke me at the start. Bleach was enjoyable at times even if Ichigo kept getting powers up the wazoo each and every time.

I thought Psycho Pass season two was pretty disappointing myself, especially compared to the first season. UBW was my personal highlight. Though i'm a bit biased on that.

Unfortunately, most of bleach is filler. I agree though, it was enjoyable.

Yeah, the sheer mass of material (and gratuitous amounts of filler) is a big part of why I could never get into Bleach, One Piece, or Naruto. (Or Inu-Yasha, while we're at it.) Most of the stuff I watch is in the 26-52 episode range, with a handful of series that go up to about 100 episodes. Also a big part of why I prefer DBZ Kai over the original DBZ format, since Kai chops out all the goddamn filler, bringing the first three arcs of the series down from like, 200 episodes to a more manageable 70-100ish.

I mean, I get why long-running series need to use filler to pad things out- they catch up to the original manga and then they either need to stall for time for the manga to get ahead again (Dragonball or Fairy Tail for example,) or they have to just go "Fuck it, we're ending the anime now!" (Shaman King and Blue Exorcist for example,) OR they just put the show on hiatus until the manga has caught back up (Fairy Tail also did this.) The first option drags arcs out and introduces filler arcs of often inconsistent quality, the second puts the anime ending massively off-target from the manga and can wreck an otherwise solid series, and the third in theory risks losing the audience before the series comes back.

Now I'm not going near it anymore.

I wouldn't call them strangers. We've been chatting since 2011. But yes, they made me realize it's too similar in style to Kill La Krap. So I dropped it like a bad habit.
