Shadow of Mordor does look pretty promising. It should be fun to play, to be sure, if it's as good as it seems thus far.

I'm afraid my expectations for Rogue aren't very high, neither for Unity. I'll still probably end up getting them, but eh.

I think the indie company I'm writing for decided to change to Unreal Engine 3 from the Cryengine after starting with the Unity engine.

Then again the company is only four guys with a few volunteers.

Yeah, but they're seriously dragging on the ship thing. Heard that "Rogue" will have some more "Ship combat". Never really got to playing it, but the ship combat looked awesome and fun, but I want something new again dang it...Like the multiplayer. I haven't even bee able to start the Assassins Creed: Brotherhood story yet because every time I start up that game, I play the multiplayer instead of the singleplayer. It's such a unique way of doing the multipalyer, and I love it.

And I heard Black Flag was a good "Pirate game". Not sure that's good praise for an Assassin game...

Units=about 120 men per for elven factions. 250 per for orc factions. That being said I had around 1000 and they had 9000. Still won though because goblins don't get far when under fire from 1000 even archers.

I'm looking for either Black Flag/Freedom Cry/Rogue, because they can explore seas freely, unlike III. I do want to play Brotherhood instead, but it's full of problem during installation here. It is not accepting THE product code.

I saw that Styx: Master of Shadows came out today, and holy shit, does it look unimaginable better than Shadow of Mordor. I shouldn't have wasted my money on Mordor and bought this instead.

They got a lot of shit for Dragon Age 2, so I'm sure they preferred not to repeat that. Though I am almost certain that Dragon Age 2 was rushed because of EA, not BioWare. Maybe BioWare told EA that if they get rushed again, they're done, and going to another publisher. Well, if they could. That's at least how I imagine it...

Shit, they practically have the same stories and plot progressions.

A hero picks up helpers along the way as they try to stop an apocalyptic evil, even though they're labeled as traitors and most don't believe in the evil they're fighting.

Origins remains my favorite game of all time, and so I have no hopes after they followed such a great game with DA2. They need to drop the Mass Effect copying and keep having DA do it's own thing. And bring back multiple race options for the character.
