Hm, yet another game I haven't finished.

I really need to step up my non-eu4 gaming these days.

I haven't finished Bioshock, either. I'm just going off of what I've heard.

Putting satellites up gets you funding from the country and scientists and/or engineers from the continent, as well as possibly the bonus for having satellite coverage over every country on a continent. When a country withdraws, you no longer get missions in their borders, you can't get their funding/scientists/engineers, there's no possibility of getting the continent bonus, and if eight countries withdraw you lose the game.

It is kind of hard to make a non-lackluster ending for one of the greatest plot twists in gaming.

Bought the Mass Effect Trilogy. Gonna be a Paragon Infiltrator my first run. Wish me luck.

Regarding Bioshock, I quite liked the ending. I gave it a VERY GOOD/10

Continent bonus?

If you have a satellite over every country on a continent, you get a perk. North America is 50% off aircraft and aircraft weapons, South America is instant alien autopsies and interrogations, Africa is a 30% increase in monthly funding, Europe is 50% off laboratories and workshops, and Asia is 50% off Foundry and Officer Training School projects.

You also get the bonus of whatever continent you start in, as long as you don't lose all the countries on the continent.

Seriously, it might reduce my liking of it a bit, but people seem to act as if a lackluster ending to a game (or anything) destroys everything else that was good about it. The ending isn't the only freaking deciding factor people

To be honest, all of Mass Effect 3, except for the last 10 minutes, was pretty good.

Thank God Bioware wasn't lazy with the entire game like they were lazy with the ending.

Before I go around responding to anything else, this demands immediate attention:

Shepard survives an orbital strike against the Reaper on Rannoch.

As an Infiltrator down to the bone, I whole-heartedly approve.

I honestly liked all of the game, even with the absolute retardation that was the ending to 3.

That pretty much sums up my own opinion of the series.

I second this. Omega Ruby is hella fun. better yet it didn't suffer from over hype and it's not nearly as buggy as some of the other titles released this year.

I played it the first few months it came out. then after a while of inactivity I either lost the login info or the account got deleted. regardless, I haven't made a new account since.

one of my brothers plays it a lot though and he's dedicated a disgusting amount of time into it (mind you he also started around the time it first came out). likes to brag about the rare shit that even someone uncaring about the series would be a tad jealous of. the biggest reason I won't go back is because after all these years they still haven't created a player-to-player trade system.

So far, my attempts at playing EU IV have resulted in floundering about trying to play as Switzerland on my first go, hoping to conquer the world.... Apparently, I can't even conquer a neighboring province... :?

Also, for some reason I feel like adding a ton of people on Steam... :meh:

So it looks like a semi related Battlefield 2134 (I think I gt the date right) is becoming DLC for Battlefield 4 and a bunch of kiddies who entered with BF3 are complaining about it and calling it a rip of CoD or Titanfall and for Jesus fucking Christ, for a certain commenter...

Final stand has already been released. It acts as a kind of prequel to 2142. I can also imagine all the little CoD kids screaming 'rip-off' even though 2142 came out in like, 2006.
