Rome II Total War

Postby Gingeska » Sun Aug 31, 2014 1:25 am

So, I'm a Total War fanatic.

Shogun, Medieval, Medieval II, Empire, Shogun II... + all the DLCs and expansions. The only one's I don't have are the Romes.

So I wanted to buy Rome II, not into the Rome thing but mainly to play as the northern tribes or Greeks.
Now that the price has come down I think I'm actually going to buy it...

BUT I've seen and heard some pretty terrible game-breaking bugs.
In addition to the bugs, I've heard about the stupid flags on the battle field that totally remove strategic thought, terrible AI, etc, etc, etc.

So to all of you that own the game, did they fix these problems yet?
Can I expect the quality of game-play as say, Shogun II?

Really guys, no one here owns this game?

Or are you all just sleeping?

My sleep schedule is so messed up that I don't even know, I might be on like Australia time despite living in North America.

http://forum.nationstates.net/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=163907 There already is a total war oriented thread, you should go there to talk about Rome 2 instead of making a new one.

I do, but there already is a thread about total war games, talk about it there. The mods dont like multiple threads for the same topic scattered over the place.

So I posted in both places.

You can answer the question now, and leave what the mods do up to the mods.

Its alright, its a lot better than it was before, though still has a few issues with it in regards to AI sometimes.

And you can just ask for a lock of this thread in moderation.

You can ask if you wish.

You should go ahead, you seem to care infinitely more than I do.
