I'm not seeing anything like that with a quick google search, but the news reports state the police are going to be extremely vigil on the supposed dates.

For some. I know Detroit's was from 12am August 15th to 6pm, and Kentucky's was supposed to begin this evening. I imagine most of the others would be scheduled today as well, but another in I think Florida is supposed to be on the 31st.
