The song has nothing to do with Social Order, just because she still has rules doesn't mean that Arendelle is now a classless society. Frozen was finally played at my house today. My mother was sympathetic towards Elsa and she thought Hans was bad. I explained a lot of the movie to her. She said it was a cute movie.

If he says Anna is dead -> The royalty will believe Anna is dead -> The royalty will let him be King -> He can sentance Elsa to death -> There are no surviving heirs, he is now king with no challenger

If Hans claims he is Anna's legal husband, that means he has a claim to the throne once she freezes to death (as he allowed her to) and he kills Elsa.
