This is a short description someone who is actually diagnosed with sociopathy (without having committed some heinous crime) describing the inner thought-process of himself and others like him using the "wolf and sheep" stock.

Sociopath wolf says:

if the CIA says the CIA isn't involved in some weird conspiracy stuff, i wouldn't trust them, because just because they say something, doesn't mean it's true. However, in the fictional world, the writer's/director's word is law, and must be considered true.
