Naaaaah. To be redeemed, there needs to be some part of you that's genuinely good and sorry. Something about the gleeful glint in Hans' eyes as he gets ready to collide his sword into Elsa's head tells me he isn't going to be capable of feeling remorse anytime soon.

Considering the writers of the script literally wrote him as a by-the-book sociopath, no, he isn't capable of changing.

Not a sociopath just power hungry. I'd love to see a backstory for Hans in the second move maybe but redeeming him is pointless right now.
