I know a very Luna-like person in real life, and well.. she doesn't like the outdoors in general, though I suppose she prefers winter to summer.

I myself am very much a summer person, though I admire air conditioning to an unusual extent.

In summer, I am generally more ambitious and active. In the winter, I stay at home, get sick, and do homework. Christmas is the only good thing in that season, and my birthday is technically in winter.
