It promised way more than it delivered. If it had been billed as a fun sci-fi flick, and had the preachyness toned down a bit, it would have been way less disappointing.

Well, to be fair that is explained: he says they can fix your spine, VA benefits just don't cover it and he doesn't have the insurance.

There have been some downright wretched original "movies" on Syfy (stupid name) since they decided to stop making good shows. Sharknado is bad in an entertaining way, but some just hurt to watch, like one about evil earthquakes slowly destroying the earth or something.

There's also a painfully bad 2009 adaptation of Edgar Rice Burrough's novel A Princess of Mars, entitled Princess of Mars. Man, that pushes the boundaries of what a human can take. Wooden acting, terrible characters and extremely dull action on top of poor camera work and effects.

i can't really say what the worst movie i've seen is because i've probably forgotten it. The worst movies are the ones you forget.

But I remember i thought No Country For Old Men was really really over-rated and the whole lack of direction of the plot, attempts at poor metaphors, and one dimensional characters really irked me.

C'mon, agree with me, that movie was an abomination. I deny to even watch the third part.

Landslide.

I'm a big fan of disaster movies, even those cheap-ass gimmicks made by Asylum like Megafault and Sharknado.

Landslide is what i don't want from a disaster movie. It's right in the middle: too realistic and too unrealistic, so wrong, not funny, boring as hell, not even the bad CGI made me laugh. The plot was clichéd beyond every imagination, there is no characterization, no emotions, it's just bland. I really wanted to rewind those 90 minutes i wasted and instead spend them on something less horrendous like, y'know, Showgirls.

Peirce Brosnan looked totally disgusting in LT. Haven't seen the Airbender, but I heard it had nothing to do with the TV series.

Mm. I've never watched the show, so I wouldn't know. Judging it purely as a stand-alone movie, well... it's still utter crap. It could have been good with a capable director.

Sparks

The votes and reviews on imdb said it was a really good movie. Turns out they were manipulated. It's a terrible movie, with terrible acting and a terrible plot. It tries way too hard to be a noir film a la Sin City, and it fails completely at it, ending up feeling like a comedy more than a dramatic thriller.

Probably Thomas the Tank Engine movie or GI Joe Rise of Cobra. Heck maybe even Star Wars the Phantom Menace or Spy Kids 3D.

TLA follows the entire first season of the show, except it takes out/messes up all the cool parts of the first season, turns the Fire Nation into complete whimp's(If you saw the show, you'd know why this is bad), messes with name pronunciation, and nearly every peice of dialogue is exposition.

Also, logic does not exist in the movie.
