Would you like a scene like this one from Casablanca to be in the next Frozen film:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KTsg9i6lvqU

Is there even going to be a next Frozen film? It seems to me like the one film works decently on its own, but any sequels would seem a bit contrived.

Though, for some reason, I can easily see Manfred, by Lord Byron, as a sequel to Frozen (if you replace Manfred with Elsa), provided you pretend that in the original film, Ana didn't unfreeze, and Elsa continued to blame herself for her sister's death.

The fact that Manfred was in love with his sister just makes it that much more interesting.

The next Frozen film should be about World War II.

Queen Elsa vs. Stalin should be a rap battle.

I was unable to see it in its entirety, but I know what happens. The music is fantastic, as is the voice acting. It's my favorite musical film ever.
I'm just a poor boy, I need no sympathy.

This movie failed to strike a cord with me. I found it incredibly mundane
None of music composition felt particularly stunning and i think it would have been a lot better if they had written Elsa as the villain instead of giving the role to Hans at the last second so they could wrap up the movie
I audibly groaned when it was revealed Anna could only be saved by "a true loves embrace"
Given the hype of this movie, I was really expecting something different. But I feel that plot device has been used over and over again.

I have more rap battle ideas:
Prince Hans vs. Hermann Fegelein
Duke of Weselton vs. Adolf Hitler
Princess Anna vs. Emperor Franz Joseph I
Olaf vs. Joseph Goebbels
Duke of Weselton vs. Vladimir Lenin

Er, you do realize that part of what makes people like the movie is that the whole "true love" thing ended up subverting the expected clichéness, right?

That being said, I agree that it was a mediocre movie.

It wasn't very ambitious, to be honest. It hit roughly what it was aiming at. It's just that people have lived for too long without good animated movies, and went nuts over this one.

The people really need to go see some Pixar (before Disney bought it) and Hayao Miazaki films then.

But... a "true love's embrace" IS the expected cliche.

I now officially consider "Let It Go" and internet meme. Is it now a rival to "Gangnam Style"?

Yeah, but it wasn't a true love's embrace that she needed. The "act of true love" that ended up working was her sacrificing herself for her sister. It's not even made clear whether the cliché true love's kiss would have worked or not - that's just what the characters (incorrectly) assumed an "act of true love" meant.

No. 'Let It Go' has not been viewed on YouTube over 1 billion times. It's a good song, yes, but I know a poor boy in Laos that has heard Gangnam Style. To my knowledge, he has never seen Frozen, and if he had, would probably not understand it.

WTF?!
The United Colonies of Earth exists:
to bring about the settlement of all planets not yet inhabited by a sapient species within this Galaxy and Universe by the Human Race, or all members of the species Homo sapiens;
to ensure the observation and protection of the rights of all human beings;
to defend humankind from invasion, catastrophe, fraud and violence;
to represent the interests of humankind to the other governments of the Galaxy;
to facilitate the perpetuation of the unity of human civilization and infrastructure between otherwise self-governing colonies;
and to promote technological advancement and scientific discovery for the perpetuation and expansion of the unity and empowerment of all human beings.
