Webus is not in europe but wants to unite with germany really bad because it is one of the remnants of the german empire. Webus (german east africa back then) is the place were Wilhelm I went after the german revolution. Then before WW2 Communism, Fascism, and Socialism became the dominant political ideas in Webus (then called the new german empire) this was why Webus became a constitutional monarchy. During WW2 Webus was allied with both the USSR and the axis powers (Although it was not an axis member, fully Communist, or fully fascist.) joining the war was mostly an excuse to annex land from European Empires. After WW2 Webus was part of the Warsaw pact. Today Webus is the only proudly proclaimed Fascist country although Communism and Socialism are just as powerful in Webus.
