Presumably, Tyrion's claims are null and void due to his death sentence. It would probably fall to Lancel by law. Given his status, it would then probably fall to one of the many minor Lannisters lying around, most of whom are unnamed.

Pretty sure he died looking for the lost Lannister Valyrian steel sword. He never returned home.

There is also Martyn Lannister, thirdborn son of Kevan(who was the second?) who also has also claim to the Westerlands and some other third and fourth cousins from Tywin's grandfather's father's brothers sons who were nothing more than courtiers to the Rock.
But Lancel abdicated from Darry and his brother Martyn now must marry "Gatehouse" Amarei Frey so that they can keep Darry under control due to the smallfolk are fiercly loyal to the memory of house Darry which causes problem for him to become Lord Paramount of the West pretty sure because Baelish or any other lord if were on his stead wouldn't allow a westerlander enclave on his de jure territory.

White Walker exterminated half, if not almost all of the Free Folk. Well, at least Tyrion is safe from the White Walker.
Copper can change as its quality went down.
