Excuse me sir, but could you please put your entire post in spoilers? "I want to hear it." is a line that Tyrion says in Chapter 5, paragraph 15, sentence 6 in book 2. Leaving that as it is would greatly offend those who have yet to read A Clash of Kings.

2 - Send him on combat operations. You have pesky Ironborn rising? The Stannis Standard Edition will grab their ships and crush them.

That's what you think (thanks, by the way), but 3 out of 5 fingers and 11/10 Ironborn probably find him less nice - which of course is only a bonus.

I think its Veteran day or something in the US, and last season when they showed the episode on that day, it had the lowest turnout since I don't know when.

Its the US Memorial Day, so its not that silly.

Most TV shows will usually skip it because of the loss of views and ratings, if you look on wikipedia at the GoT viewership for each season you will see it drops on that day each year, so they decided to wait a week for this season.
