I have a feeling Tyrion will die for her mistake anyway bcoz she can just place the blame on others for the "failure" he displayed.

How does that change the fact that he comitted treason right after she had explicitedly told him that he'll die the next time he lets her down.

But as far as they know, he didn't let them down, but delivered her the city with minimal bloodshed. It was Dany who chose to reject the surrender. Not that I think she'll see it that way, being a Mad Queen and all.

Who's "they"? Anyway, Dany is the one he will have to answer to and the one whose will he disobeyed. Hence, BBQ time.

Ah, but Dany didn't say to Tyrion that he should not release Jaime "or else". I'm pretty sure she was aware of the close relationship Tyrion has with his brother, evident when Tyrion tried to intercede for him in Episode 2, so most likely she trusted that Tyrion would use Jaime to bring the city to surrender.

Honestly, Dany executing Tyrion would've made sense when they were losing the war last season. Her executing Tyrion for the "failure to bring a bloodless surrender of King's Landing" is senseless as it is clearly her fault for deciding, "I actually want Cersei and everyone to burn to a crisp" at the last minute. Which is tragic since Tyrion, again, will die for her mistake anyway bcoz Dany will find a way to put this all on him.

I think "not releasing enemy prisoners without my knowledge" is the sort of thing you can expect your underlings to stick to without having to explicitedly order them. ESPECIALLY when you've just told them that you're done tolerating their fuck-ups.
I didn't see anything in the episode indicating that she was in any way okay with Jaime's release because it would lead to the city's surrender. In fact, Tyrion makes his plea in regards to the bells before even knowing that they have captured Jaime.

High art is the opposite of low art. Whilst Low art is art made for the masses, and often has a utility purpose/function and is of lower value compared to high art which is made for more limited audiences with more refined taste and artistic and aesthetic contemplation, is of higher value both financially and culturally and where artists are supposedly at their peak with little to no constraints, allowing them to reach their full potential.

Its basically art for arts sake, its something more than just made for entertainment which would be "low art" and was more challenging to make and was made to be unique etc etc

As far as i am concerned after 4 years in an art university its a load of pretentious bollocks most cases.

I am so very very happy to be born at just the right point in history to be able to experience this great show as the miracle and masterpiece that it is

And I truly hope that the finale will maintain that standard

It’s been a most excellent ride and I’m glad to be able to see history literally being remade in these 9 or so years

I agree with your last paragraph. If we are to be serious, I dont believe there is any distinction between the two terms, and the categories itself are. only made by elitists to belittle the expression of others.

As a couple of Broadway actors told me the other day "the arts are for everybody"

As to high and low art, define Andy warhol and the Art factory.

But this is widely off topic. So I will get off my step stool now.
