They have been shown lashing out against Cersei for being an entitled, incestous bitch - which guess what, she was
They have been shown trying to seek shelter from Daenerys and her Dothraki and Northman army - entirely justified, as it turns out
They have been shown to love Queen Margaery - which she was deserving of

The one thing you can blame them for is cheering for the death of Ned Stark - if you disregard the fact that they had absolutely no way of knowing what we, the audience, know and were deceived by the machinations of House Lannister and Littlefinger. For all they knew, they were witnessing the death of a traitor who had endangered the rightful king.

I feel that you're giving them too much credit. They're lashing out at nothing because they don't seem to understand ANYTHING about ANYTHING that is going on at all.

The people of King's Landing are not involved in the politics we see on the show. They're literally not allowed to be. They don't get to see the negotiations in council chambers in the Red Keep that we see. They don't get invited to the secret conversations in private courtyards.
They simply have animalistic urge to act as a big simple, unthinking crowd and pick on whoever happens to be the poor Loser of the day.

What a load of shit. The people of King's Landing have literally no power to pick on any of your precious Lannisters.
They aren't capable of comprehending any ethical system besides the fact that if you pick on a Winner he'll send army to crush you but if there's an opportunity to pick on a Loser of the Day (especially at a Winner's invitation)... then let's do it.

The mind boggles. You see a ship with one scorpion on the bow and you tell us that we should understand that it actually has a scorpion on the stern as well, even though we can all see, clear as day, that it doesn't. What we see on the screen doesn't count. But when you see people in a crowd yelling at one of your favourite characters, you take this to mean that they are just mindless animals who are bullying poor Cersei. If the show doesn't explicitly tell you that people can think and feel, you believe they can't.

They represent humanity in its most despicable form.

Bollocks do they, you're just a misanthrope.

In hindsight, Dany should have just listened to Olenna. Listening to Jon ruined her campaign.

She should have just done it sooner.

She could have won the war if she rolled up into Blackwater Bay like Stannis did and stormed the city immediately after arriving. I'd say the Unsullied would be more than enough to take it alone with the support of her dragons, nevermind the tens of thousands of dothraki she had.

I hope it does. Jon was in the right asking for help, but given how easily D&D had the Lannisters fold it really would have just more sense for Dany to fly in with three dragons and force a surrender and gather the resources of the southern six kingdoms to help the North.

Especially since most of the Lannister army disappeared between seasons, to say nothing of the armies of the Reach and Stormlands.

Absolutely phenomenal. the Game of Thrones has brought back the medieval roleplay The Kingdom of Prumu once had, As i wanted to once again run a medieval Kingdom in an medieval Kingdom Empire. Because of the Game of Thrones's inspiration of medievalist ways, The Kingdom of Prumu now sits in Westerspell Kingdom under the reign and rule of His Britannic Imperial Majesty King Henry IX of The Kingdom of Great Britain with The Anthem: "God Save The King".

Possibly Prumuan National Anthem Adoption: "Le Retour des Princes français à Paris"

I like the idea that the main reason she snapped was the realization that she could have done this way back during Season 7 Episode 1 and the whole ordeal would have been over in an afternoon - it was that easy the whole time. She would have probably already been Queen of the Seven Kingdoms by the time Jon's ship had reached Dragonstone.
Instead she went through all this BS her "advisors" were urging her to do, lost Jorah, Missandei, two dragons and the majority of her forces and had her advisors undermining and betraying her left and right.

Doubt it as the Lannisters would have been absolutely crushed and her allies in Dorne and the Reach would still have been in play so she would have 10ks more men at her disposal down the line, plenty of whom could have occupied kings landing for her as who in their right mind would oppose her now that she just crushed the dominant house in the south?

Though given the writers handwaved dorne'a military out of the conflict once the sandsnakes died and apparently all of the reach turned on the tyrells i guess they most likely all would have went to Pentos on holiday by the time the undead rolled up.

I mean, pretty much. The Lannister army wasn't focused at KL when she arrived, they didn't have the Iron Fleet yet IIRC, and Dany had every single advantage. She should have been a decisive Aegon the Conquer and just swept in on KL to take it, instead of letting herself be convinced by her advisors. It would have fallen in a day, Dorne and the Reach would have acclaimed her ruler, Euron probably would have bent the knee or died to her dragons, and the Westerlands, Riverlands and Stormlands (left leaderless) would probably bend the knee. Only the North and Vale would remain, and their leaders wanted her help.

Poor Dany.

Her husband, the murderous, slaving, rapist warlord who just led an attack that slaughtered said woman’s people? The guy who’s no better than the men Dany burned alive at the end of S6?
