If the droid has the mental capacity of an adult, I don't think that applies. Not to mention different countries have different laws for humans, never mind artificial intelligence.

If it can't then it's either rape or non-sentient.

Well, no.
While having a chronological age of 10 years, they are for most intents and purposes adults.
Their body is mature, their mind is mature.

Morally speaking, there could be issues, but those would be a result of their upbringing.
So those issues aren't unique for the clones.

No, because paedophilia is attraction to the pre-pubescent, not attraction to people under a certain age.
