The series where they finally hire an engineer to design their spacecraft so that they don't suffer a critical systems failure in the light switch that will cause the ship to explode if they don't treknobable the audience into a coma.

EDIT: But failing that, Star Trek TOS. If you're going to travel the galaxy, you might as well have a Captain that bangs all the sexy alien girls.

I was young when TOS was on, did see some of it but caught a lot more in later reruns. OK series and I've liked all of them except I didn't know there was an animated one. Still, TNG was definitely the best. Lot more depth.
