BEAKIEEEEEES :'(
One thing I really dislike about the Chadmarines is they're basically the epitome of "THESE ARE THE BEST SOLDIERS EVER, MATCHED BY NONE."
If you read about Cadians, it'll say they're TRAINED SINCE BIRTH TO FIGHT etc LESSER MEN WOULD GO INSANE etc, but then the same thing is written about the Scions, then the Assassins, then the "regular" Space Marines and Sisters (the latter of whom get schwacked every time they come up and exist to portray Worf Effect,) and now, Primaris Marines. Almost every unit is "the absolute best" and "worth X men from any other unit." How can you already have apparently perfect soldiers and then make them even more perfect?
I've yet to face a Primaris player on the tabletop, so I can't really speak to the crunch aspect of them. If they're BS/WS 2+ though like Custodes, I'm going to be mildly (very) upset

Shall we ever be liberated from the ominous shadow of Shrek? Come to think of it, is it possible that Shrek is the original manifestation of what shall become known as the Divine Duo of the Ork's interstellar 'civilization' in the grim darkness of the far future? The Immaterium works in strange ways, after all?

Indeed. The divine manifestation of Gork. Or possibly Mork.

I'm really excited for Wrath & Glory. It's got a good team behind it. Plus you'll be able to play Primaris Marines, so that's something I'm looking forward too.

Got me curious what sort of power level W&G games are suppose to be.
Had an idea for a bunch of mercs/tomb raiders that was somewhere between Dark Hersey and Rogue Trader in scope.

Apparently its corebook is supposed to be "broad and inclusive" for a wide range of play, from the "untrained guardsmen in way over their heads as they are being slaughtered by a singe Ork Nob" to "Veteran Space Marines going toe-to-toe wth Tyranid Warriors".
Plus there will be support for Orks and Eldar as playable races.

Iirc most of the primaris wolves got ordered into their own chapter. It was mentioned in one of the books.
Don't want to steal your mojo though, I'm sure a few made it to fenris, out whatever is left of it.

WTF.
If they are truly gone then I may be done with 40k.
