The trailer was awesome, but i hope the Imperial Guard and Chaos are not DLC factions and are in the main game. If they do a day one dlc/preorder bonus of a faction, i am going to be pissed.

It looks more like Dawn Of War than Dawn of War 2. Thank god. DoW 2 was awful in comparison.

I really liked it as well, but i prefer DoW 1 and its expansions.

Okay I have a question, are there any instances of a xeno converting to the Imperial Cult or of any attempt to convert a Xeno?

Thats actually an interesting question and ive thought about it myself, as far as i know, none. But there might be something.

I just find it very hard to believe that there was never an equivalent to the Christianization that we saw in the America's.
Even something as harsh as taking a xeno and indoctrinating them into the Imperial Cult.

We certainly did in real life with Native American children and this would be the far kinder alternative compared to the Imperium's usual....solution.

I liked DoW for the big-scale battles

I like DoW 2 for more squad-focused combat and making Space Marines feel more than just oversized druggies.

Not that I can recall. Why do you want to know? Because if you are writing some fluff the setting is so vast I would think it fine to have something about it being tried.
