Yes, that was suggested to me but I think it's a bit too dainty and spherical.

They're members of a pseudo-fascist regime that espouses hatred of other races. A vaguely swastika thing fits.
True (fascism isn't the intended point though). A reaction I got from another forum has made me reconsider a bit though. While I don't consider anywhere near all of the arguments to be valid (one guy went as far as saying he'd not only refuse to play against me if I used swastika, but would actively try to get organisers in a hypotethical event we were attending to kick me out for it) it just doesn't seem worth all the trouble.
