Yes the sculps are generally more or less Caucasian but I think that's more down to the sculptors sticking to what they know and trying to be pretty bland in thier approach.

Cool. I think Anvil Industries does a lot of female conversion soldier parts if you are looking for more resources to convert your guard.

Yeah I was originally going to try some of that out, but alas, the only local store I got is an official one, and they don't allow non-GW products being used there :P

Anvil Industries in general has a crapton of stuff you can use for guard though, so who knows, I might at some point!
