I should really know by now to avoid anything even remotely funny.

My emperor, what sort of heart surgery?
Is it just pain from the jostling of laughter and coughing or is it a serious health concern to laugh after surgery?

Valve replacement and its the pain of a still healing sternum being moved when you laugh.

Valve replacement? Good thing technology and practice has come so far that its far from being as scary as it used to be. Good on you for pulling through!

So on a whim, I just bought a copy of the Horus Heresy board game on Amazon. Is it any good?

Spoilers from Vigilus Defiant

The planet is taken by Chaos. Vanguard Strike Force arrives, sees the planet is lost, and cripples the Daemonic Forges. Only one member escapes offworld- the Vanguard Librarian- with the implication that the Master of Possession has captured multiple Vanguard Primaris Marines.

Is it a big planetoid located in or near an asteroid belt? I'm getting confused because Nemendghast is referred to as an "asteroid girdle".

No idea, but am now expecting you to report back here about whether it is or isn't. :D

Nemendghast is an industrial world.

Which I presume has an asteroid belt of some kind, thanks for clarifying.

How do I beat the first part of the GA2 Imperium campaign? Chaos instantly has me sandwiched between systems, and Abbadon and Co are having a crab rave with their fortifications.

I got some assault marines today when popping down to pick up some gloss. And the size difference between them and the Primaris is funny, i knew the primaris were taller but made me laugh a good bit.

Though when fully assembled and on their bases the assault marines are a bit bigger but thats due to the scenery they stand on. When off their scenery it looks like a bunch of tubby kids in armour running alongside actual marines

New Abaddon also comes with three head options, and can be assembled with or without the cloak! Pretty neat to have those options in a special character kit.

Also, a plastic Havoc:

But does he have multiple arm options? Can he be assembled with or without his arms? These are the real questions. :p

Do people actually like these?

I'm not trying to throw shade, I don't understand the appeal of these books and I genuinely want to understand why people like them.
