The Eye of Terror is smack dab right where the Ancient Eldar got freaky with rampant hedonism and sadomasochism; a.k.a., home sweet home. When Slaanesh was "born" it kinda fucked up their entire Empire, turning all their planets into either dead worlds or demon worlds and shattering the realspace inbetween them. Those two specific Craftworlds were the ones that had only recently departed when the Aeldari Civilization went kaput, so they got stuck in the Warp as a result.

I know that. But it's odd to me, because i read some places that the Eye of Terror is dangerous enough to Eldar that Slannesh could snatch up their souls and do unspeakable things to them ('cuz NS rules don't let me go into details), i even think the 4 main ones' demons are fighting out each other for who deals with those poor Eldar souls.
At least they could teleport though a Webway gate?.

EDIT: Okay, i researched about one of the Craftworlds, the Altansar one, they are now near Terra it seems, oof.

Craftworld Eldar are safe so long as they're alive and their Soul Stone is intact; it's the other Eldar that are fucked if they try to enter the Warp.

So i'm watching a video about Orks and their ability to make something happen through the sheer power of belief through numbers makes me wonder.
The Orks consider the Man-Emperor of Mankind as a tremendously power omnipresent War God and the Orks go as far as to respect him. Given the Orks ability is is possible that their belief in the Emperor as very strong contribute to the longevity of the Emperor on the Golden Throne?

Eh, I don't think so. Sure, that may true for a guy like Yarick who regularly fights them. But Big E has been on the chair for a good ten-thousand years. I think his longevity is just him.

And the Orks have been aware of the Emperor of Mankind that whole time.

So when the galaxy slowly rotates, do the Warp Rifts in it rotate in their respective positions with it or do the Warp Rifts remain in the same spot while only the galaxy rotates?

If it's the latter a lot of sectors are boned, that's for sure.

Well considering the biggest warp rift in the galaxy has been in the exact same place for 10,000+ years...

It's the warp, so probably both. Take Van Grothe's Rapidity, that's a mobile one (and was 2nd only to the Eye of Terror)

Actually, while on the topic of war-rifts:

If the Eye of Terror is sitting on the spot where the Eldar empire was, why is it so small? The elder were said to be super-powerful and dominant over all of the other races of the galaxy, so their imperial holdings should have been sprawled out across the entire galaxy, just like the Imperium's holdings are in both 40 and 42K.

And if, for argument's sake, the Eye only covers the core worlds of what was, in truth, a much larger empire, then why didn't any of the remaining planets try and reform the empire again? Or did all of them just suddenly decide they preferred to be exodites instead (in fairness, the eye of terror suddenly appearing would be a good reason to do so)?

That suddenly then raises the question of if the Crone worlds even were the Eldar homeworlds in the first place.

My god- all of the people living on planets just to the galactic south of the eye are actually living on a bunch of planets that are just about to enter the eye! And all of the ones to the north of the eye are on planets that just popped out! D:
