I don't have the old one but can't compare, but it's a combination of those two into one book, which has been updated with some stuff. There's also a prayer book in there that I think is new, but I'm not 100% on that.

One of them (I think it was the munitorum manual, but I'm not sure) has a prayer section in the back.

Interesting. I really like Wrath and Glory as it stands, but it definitely needs a little work. I'm looking forward to see what changes they bring to the table.
