No particular single favourite, but do love the salamanders, iron warriors and thousand sons.

Kharn is good. He's the only champion that doesn't frustrate me. I like to imagine him as an Angron with some cunning which is kinda hilarious considering this is Kharn. I just wish GW would have better explained the strengths of chaos champions because Kharn seems way too strong for a 'mortal'.

Very true.

Thinking about it, maybe that's their strength. The world eaters make everyone else look good by comparison. :D

"Love" is too strong a word. I don't particularly like Marines of any type, but the non-Slaanesh single-chaos-god legions are the only ones I mildly like.

Eldar are so weak and fragile compared to literally everything else in the 40kverse. It's no wonder they're being roflstomped out of existence; they're pathetic. You can say they're better all you want, but the only thing they're better at that matters is dying. :^)

Also, lol at comparing a giant gundam to a super-soldier. As if that's even a remotely fair or similar comparison.

How cool would it be to have an Imperial Guard Regiment based on the US Pacific Fleet from WW2?

I'm not sure how you would base them on naval units but certain the marines could work as specialists in fighting on watery worlds or as drop troops.

No doubt they'd be good at bunker busting too. Flamers, Grenade Launchers, Meltas, and all sorts of other goodies. These guards would have to be supported by more ranged focused ones. Or just have the focus be on those super guardsmen, what are they called again? Kasrkins?

They both pretty much have gundams.

Tau gundams are just tougher and don't look like stickbugs. :p
