No. It's typically just people being idiots and the people they screw lacking the money to hire a lawyer. It's extremely easy to sue a business in the ground for incredibly obvious things they should have seen coming, like a restaurant lacking a ramp for those in wheelchairs.

If it was that simple, then thousands of restaurants would be doing it. If it was that simple, then a court case decades ago would have banned it.

MEC Troopers in XCOM: Enemy Within are awesome.

They quickly even up the odds.

Have you had one punch a Mechtoid yet?

mechtoids have easily the lamest kill animation when using the MEC's kinetic strike.

The flamethrower is really useful--- arguably more useful than the KSM--- but KSM looks so much more awesome.

The problem is that it's useless against robotic enemies. It's fantastic against Chryssalids, though. I brought it with me to Newfoundland. Additional problem, though: you only get two uses of it, whereas you can punch as many times as you like.

The only fighting game I ever got into was Skullgirls. And no I don't just play it for the tits. Although I am man enough to admit they were a factor in me playing.

It's got solid game play, good story, and good soundtrack. Plus it's all animated frame by frame.

If it was that simple, then thousands of restaurants would be doing it. If it was that simple, then a court case decades ago would have banned it.

No, your logic is flawed. The point is that you could very easily sue the shit out of that restaurant as an employee so long as you had the money to do so. The reason why people probably don't is because they either aren't cynical enough to come up with the idea, or are too busy working multiple jobs (which is the only reason why they'd be working there in the first place), especially in light of the minimum wage likely to be raised nationally.

Also, lolwut? "If it was that simple, then thousands of restaurants would be doing it." doesn't make any sense at all.
If we affirm one moment, we thus affirm not only ourselves but all existence. For nothing is self-sufficient, neither in us ourselves nor in things; and if our soul has trembled with happiness and sounded like a harp string just once, all eternity was needed to produce this one event—and in this single moment of affirmation all eternity was called good, redeemed, justified, and affirmed.

*wouldn't, if you really want to get into semantics.

The point is this is a trend that has been going on for decades if not longer, and in all that time nobody has ever sued and won. Hell, the United States Department of Labor actually made a specific exemption that allows that kind of practice to occur (It's called "tipped wages", and basically says that if the average yearly tip + yearly wage equals federal minimum wage, it's legal). It's a legal practice, as unethical as it is.

1: Lol at not using a logitech mouse
2: Low sensitivity is usually better for gaming

The Logitech mouse that I have is too small for my hands.

Just waiting for 24 hours before I can use the Roccat mouse again. The break in the drive shaft was clean so he just glued it together.

As for the low sensitivity, I dislike it. It doesn't give me enough reaction time in first-person shooters.

Noobs try and "prove" their "skills" as opposed to actually winning.

Try playing Quake with a touch pad and lemme know how far your "skills" get you.

Tribes Ascend with a touch pad. I did Kill more of them then they did of me. Average about two kills over my deaths with a touch pad.
I have beaten RTS games with touch pad. Fast paced and otherwise. I have proven myself and can claim as such. :)
