I think my problem with any carpel tunnel problems would have to do with my area where my keyboard goes being too high or too low. Pretty sure my desk is supposed to be more of a writing desk than a computer desk, but I'm not sure. I've had this thing for freaking years. I don't remember not having it, and it is like only half intact. Pretty sure if I kept having one of those really heavy monitors on it, it would have probably broke by now The top wood part is all bent...The platform my keyboard and mouse is on is half broken, though surprisingly still has 3 wheels holding it up, the thing you slide the keyboard under is broken, the thing looks dumpy as hell, ect...

Well, it helps finger speed in terms of switching between keys on a keyboard.

It also helps with stamina in the hand, with being able to play for longer hours.

I get my finger exercise, or more like arm and wrist exercise in general, from pulling out stupid blackberries and doing various other assortment of yard work...Though I haven't done that lately.

I've definitely had problems with my wrist getting sore from using a gaming controller too long, or using a keyboard, though. Like when role playing for hours and typing a lot...I don't think I have as many problems with fingers. Though I think I've had that problem with controllers before, too.

Again, it's like reading a transcript of a TV show. Sure it might have some really great dialogue, but you're missing the entire point. A TV show might be really good but have mediocre dialogue. Likewise, a game might have really fun gameplay but mediocre graphics and plot, and you wouldn't know it from watching someone play it.
