I need to finish the F.E.A.R games...not only because my dad now works at the company that made those games. But because I already started playing them anyway...

And all this talk of flying games is making me want to pointlessly fly around on Flight Simulator X

Well, not talking about that one. We're talking about Air Combat, the best Ace Combat game.

Well in Ace Combat, they were fighting an insurgency, so mercs are still justified. The game isn't even canon.

And the best Ace Combat games are 4, 5 and Zero, the golden games of the Ace Combat series.

I used to play Unsung War on the PS2. I got stuck at the submarine.

Of course, for some reason, my PS2 wouldn't save games, so I had to finish all my games in one sitting.

Had a nice marathon of SSBM on GameCube... God Marth was upgraded in Brawl.

This marathon culminated in a 20 minute match between me as Marth at 5 stocks versus a level 9 Roy at 5 stocks. Traded off kill-for-kill, but in the end I won.

Actually I should have had 3 lives left... One was from an explosion that killed both of is, the other was while I was 1 life ahead. I hit the side-B combo and he pushed me off the edge while it was going. Not sure how, but I ended up over the edge still in the middle of the swing. By the time I realized it and used the recover move, I was too low to live ;-;

Was an epic battle. Wish Melee had replay saving.


I would've played Brawl, but my wii can't read the disc for some reason. I'm pissed. It read it just fine before...

I think there's equipment out there that helps you record on TVs.

Check out what the Two Best Friends Play use. I hear their equipment is pretty good without busting the bank open.

Dolphin glitches and lags badly on y computer. I tried it to do a Sonic Adventure DX let's play and it froze, crashed, then BSoDed me.

Now that I (literally JUST) got a job I'll be able to buy decent gear anyway. I'm amusing to most people in a lot of my commentaries (except that Dragon Age one where I did a really crappy British accent (not even on purpose) and was sick), so I may be able to make money off those as well.

I'll link my favorite channel that does co-op let's plays all the time if anyone's interested. The conversations those three have are hilarious.

Also, if I did, say, a Batman: Arkham Asylum Let's Play, would anyone watch it? To see me suck at the game? (I get screwed out of counterattacks in that game all the time. I think City fixed a lot of broken things in Asylum. And is more interesting. But I don't have that one. It was a rental.)

With that kind of FPS you could probably downsample from 4K with Vsync on and still see solid 60 frames.
