Not 100% on topic, but...

Does anyone know if Area of Effect enchantments have been a thing in TES, for an NS FanT/PT nation based on the Cyrodiilic Empire.

I want to deploy Late-Roman Artillery, but with fire-damage enchanted bolts that explode (i.e. boom).

Not that I'm aware of pre-Skyrim, but it is now.

I do recall arrows of such a type from Morrowind, though.

General Tullius should've been shot. The Legion is based on the Late Roman Empire. The Late Roman Empire had so many amazing forms of ballistae and other siege weapons it should've been piss easy to do everything from slaughter dragons to break nordic shield walls.

It's definitely a thing in Skyrim, I'm also fairly certain it was a thing in Oblivion and Morrowind (as part of spell creation).

Now I come to think of it... There aren't any Imperial Battlemages in Skyrim. D:

Here.

The Knights of the Nine is basically all the proof you need of Aedra, in the same way that Daedric Quests are all the proof you need of Daedra.

Hmm, didn't notice them.

I'm trying to consider how to organise an IMperial Legion for an RP, hopefully improving some of the silly aspects of the Legion. Such as it's failure to make use of Roman (i.e. the Cyrodiilic Empire's inspiration) weapons.

Dawnguard can go die in a hole. Yep, get back in the hole Isran. Guys, when I said 'Go die in a hole', I meant it.

Also probably integrating Battlemages, like a team per Century in order to cast wards and spells, recharge and enchant weapons.

Not to mention Alduin, the first closing of the oblivion gates, the amulet of kings, the dragonborn.

Is anyone familiar with SkyUI/Mod Configuration Menu for Skyrim's PC edition? I've seemed to install SKSE's latest version, SkyUI's latest version, and when the MCM didn't appear, I then downloaded the standalone MCM mod, which didn't change anything. Any help?
Where must we go, we who wander this wasteland, in search for our better selves?
In Egypt's sandy silence, all alone,
Stands a gigantic Leg, which far off throws
The only shadow that the Desert knows:—
"I am great OZYMANDIAS," saith the stone,
"The King of Kings; this mighty City shows
"The wonders of my hand." The City's gone,
Nought but the Leg remaining to disclose
The site of this forgotten Babylon.

We wonder, and some Hunter may express
Wonder like ours, when thro' the wilderness
Where London stood, holding the Wolf in chace,
He meets some fragment huge, and stops to guess
What powerful but unrecorded race
Once dwelt in that annihilated place.

MCM is part of SkyUI. It's impossible to have one without the other.

Yeah, well I have SkyUI installed through NMM along with SKSE installed independently, and the MCM doesn't show up in the pause screen.

That's what I thought. But when I downloaded "Player Voicesets" which gave no installation instructions other than use NMM, and when I watched the video of the demo, the guy had used the MCM, which I had never seen or heard of before. I did a quick look-up of what it was, and found out that it should exist with SkyUI, but mine just doesn't really.

If you have SkyUI with SKSE 1.6 or later and you don't have MCM, then something is causing MCM to not appear.

Post your full mod list.

Your mod list is totally fucked up.

USKP should be the first thing in your mod menu. SkyUI should be the first thing after the UKSPs.
