The dragonborn's action were prescribed. He did defeat Alduin, it said so in books dating as far back as Arena. He had no choice in the matter. He was a tool of fate.

I used the Fortify Restoration exploit and I am now a god in Skyrim.

Fortify Resto exploit? Is that basically a god-mode you can't hit me?

I have an armor rating in the millions with enchantments on my weapons that do millions of damage. I also expanded my Health Points, which are now over 70 million. Plus the other enchantments on my armor, Restoration and Destruction spells now cost nothing, so I can cast a spell infinitely. Those and other enchantments make me a god basically. I finished maybe about 70% of the quests and am far into the game. I already beat Alduin. And stomped out the Stormcloak Rebellion.

Infinite health, magic, and stamina. Triple movement speed. No fall damage. Can swim underwater. Triple attack speed for all one handed weapons. And, finally, a shield that is completely impervious to all types of damage, both physical and magical.

I modded my config so essential characters can take damage and be killed.
Basically I removed the "essential" mechanic from the game entirely.

If I kill anyone important I can just resurrect them, anyway.

I hate it how you cannot kill the leaders of Stormcloak Camps. I wish to get rid of all the Stormcloaks but apparently they are very important.
