He needs two years in poverty where nobody knows his name and he holds no power. Not to necessarily punish him, but he needs to learn to not treat those of a lower class like trash. To not treat -others- like trash. Knowing what it feels like to be treated like shit can do a lot to teach you how it feels and ensure you won't do it to others.

May sound cold but that's the stiff of it.

I have a great idea for a fanfic.
Prince Blueblood gets in a duel with another aristocrat, called the Duke of Trottingham.
He convinces his butler to switch roles with him when the Duke visits. The Duke thinks that the prince is good, and not what he heard, but he thinks the butler, whom he heard of, is an idiot. Blueblood in the story is more like an incompetent buffoon.
But, I am not a good writer, nor do I have a desire to write.
