Watched a couple of brony critics review of Daring Don't, I swear, they get so wrapped up in being a critic, that they forget to simply enjoy the episodes.

Gawd, stop watching the episode wrong, guise.

I actually want to address this. When I watch brony critics, I feel like they go into the episodes, expecting all of them to be on the same level as A Canterlot Wedding and Princess Twilight Sparkle (two of the best episodes to date IMHO.) and anything short of that, they don't like. I mean take the latest episode Daring Don't. I mean it's written by Dave Polsky, the same guy who wrote Over a Barrel, Too Many Pinkie Pies, Spike At Your Service, Keep Calm and Flutter On and Games Pony Play. I mean the guy does write episodes that tend to be a little bit, "out there" in terms of content, but they're no less enjoyable because of it. Well...except for Spike At Your Service.

Daring Don't is your standard Dave Polsky episode, and I thought he did a great job and is pretty consistent with his other works in the series.

And let's just say I'm okay with the "Honorary family, lost but still won" thing. Does she learn anything? Nope. Her primitive method of cider production that nearly lost them their home isn't changed in any way, the end. And that's why I hate that episode.
