It is true that Pinkie Pie is a lot of effort, animators and voice actors and whatever. But they made her for a paycheck. She doesn't need smiles, she is an organ for the animator's bene-NOPE!!!

As real as the Matrix. That was not an insult, by the way. If you have a group of people who believe in a constructed world inside their minds, that isn't any less legitimate than any other. Although, I do get annoyed at the parts of the show (such as the train station) where I can almost see the advert for a toy set play out before my eyes.

You make a very good point, and on any other day I would immediately agree with you. However, I cannot do so now, because I need to fool myself into thinking it's all real for at least a couple hours, so as to un-depress myself before I blow Ameri out of the water.

I do like Anthro, but it kinda annoys me how most OC Anthro characters are nothing more than sex object to the creator. I like characters to have a story, to have a personality, I like to get emotionally involved dammit!

I know, the artists have pulled of the r63 ponies. They look like stallions. Prince or r63 Cadence looks good, but the regular Cadence's design is by far the girliest. Nothing says stereotypical girly like a Pink Pony Princess. I think Jacquelindreamz's Prince Authentic looks fairly butch.
