Well no he hasn't...
considering there were only three major female characters in Winterfell while he was serving there, none of them showing any interest him, and since then while two more major female characters are part of their group, their to busy marching North of the Wall, risking Wildlings and Undead Others to get to someone who can help Bran Stark, so there is little time for Waifu stealing.


But Flash hasn't stolen any waifus either technically, sure it's a nice meme, and yes there was some for lack of a better term "debatable" attraction between him and Twilight but aside from EG it hasn't led up to anything as of yet. If you brought him before a court of law, and waifu stealing was an actual defined crime, a truly impartial jury would find him not guilty!
