Something tells me we're going to get screwed over with the payouts. I really hope not.
Ideally, I think after factoring in splitting up the money between players (I assume that's how it would work), it should come out to no less than 250k, and no more than 550k; seems like a reasonable payout. And maybe force players to wait before doing another heist so they can't just spam them and rack up millions in a matter of hours.

Yeah, I'd be very surprised if we aren't forced to wait for a certain amount of time before starting another heist. I agree with you on payments, though I'd put the lowest at 150K as there's bound to be simple, quicker heists that do not require much preparation.

Maybe heave R* limit to 1-5 heist a day, or a heist every 1-2 hours; I don't want to have an unlimited amount of heists, as that would take the fun of GTA away, and then heists would become considerably boring. There should definitely be a limit so heists can stay interesting.

I haven't actually got any supers, but every time I see this question asked the general consensus is entity, at least if you're looking for optimal performance in racing. However, Zentorno looks to be a close second, and it has no rear window so you can't be shot from behind.
