Sontarans. No, not The Sontaran Stratagem/The Poison Sky "RAAAAAH, SONTAR-HA!" Sontarans, or even Strax Sontarans (though more Strax is a good thing), but the Robert Holmes Sontarans.
They whisper, they hiss, they brainwash people, and, most of all, they're geniuses.

Oh, please. I've seen 5 different Sy-Fy shows exactly like Torchwood. And they didn't have an annoying manslut for a main character.

I can't wait to see what they've planned for the show now though. Get's you all tingly thinking about it. Either way, I'm cautious but steady for the new Doctor. Bring it on, BBC.

From the bits of dialogue I've read from The Evil of the Daleks, the Doctor has a pleasant chat with some Daleks.
They tease him.

This is way beyond that. They almost made the laughing daleks sound sane.

We've never heard a Dalek give a good evil laugh, at least not in a surviving episode. (Sec doesn't really count, he didn't have the armor on.)
That's the one thing Asylum was lacking - a Dalek cackling.

You could probably put the laughs from Dark Eyes in it pretty well.
