Dragon Age: Origins, or Mass Effect, the original one. Mass Effect was my first RPG style game and it blew me away with it's depth of character and storytelling. Same with Origins, I can't really pick between them

That game made me hate Gandhi. Idk why, but every play through Gandhi would always fuck me up at the most inconvenient times. I have developed a violent complex now because of it....

He doesn't get anarchy, and India's special unit is the Fast Worker. Not really as direct as some of the other leaders, but still a very powerful player.

I played Alpha Centauri for a bit before I got Civ 4 for $2 at a second hand store. Best $2 ever spent.

Grim Fandango, one of my top 5 favourite games.

Dragon age series. Origins was awesome with its origin story's and game play and I liked how most things were intractable and how most things had lore about itself. Two was good up until about 30-60 mins in when they just flipped maps and called them new. Fucking ultra repetitiveness. The story was ok though.

Mass effect series. One was awesome and only after having 10 play through and looking hard at everything will you spot most flaws. Amazing lore detail on all the species in the game. Though the mako could be a bitch at times like when you got stuck in between two straight up and down mountains it was still fun. Mass effect 2 was nice but I disliked how it was more linear, and you spent 90% of your time recruiting and loyalty mission. More or less a dating sim if you think hard enough about character interaction. Mass effect three was great overall but the ending was just no. Glad they kind off fixed that horrid shit monstrosity that was the ending but still not that great.

Gears of war one was FUCKING AMAZING. I played that and only that for around 6 Months straight nothing else with my friends before I got bored of it. so around 28 times 6 equals 168 D I played for 8 Hours a day average so divide by 3 and I have 56 days put into that game which equates to 1344 hours put into it...holy shit.

Elder scrolls series is also amazing though my favorite is oblivion. With around 300-600 hours per character I made I have about 2600 hours put into the game. Skyrim is fun to but meh compared to oblivion.

Total war series, command and conquer series, civilization series, starcraft series, red alert series are all also fun and great games. I liked Universe at War as well as LOTR BFME one and two. Halo wars was pretty good. Ill pretty much play any strategy game.

So for all time favorite I would have to say oblivion because of how much time went into it.
