I think I might have misused to term, because in my context I was using to describe inter-species sexual relations. Besides IMO a dragon should have sexual relations with a pony. Equids such as zebra and donkeys are OK because they are close enough. I drawing the line somewhere, and it is on biological class.

Sentience and having reached the age of consent make more sense.
