I haven't decided on my hierarchy yet, but I have to agree about Braeburn. The other stallions have more qualifications than "is apparently attractive" and "is Applejack's cousin". Granted, they're all fairly attractive, but they have more than one other qualification.

Keep in mind that these aren't just a bunch of strangers wanting to have long-term relationships with them, they're a bunch of strange, never-before-seen interdimensional aliens with almost entirely different anatomies. If I go into some secret government bunker, all kinds of mentally-enhanced talking animals might have human-like personalities and I may even have something in common with a nice chimp or dolphin or mollusk, but I wouldn't want to date any of them and I doubt any of them would want to date me. And then, to make the analogy more accurate, imagine that Base-X also had some sort of giant space squid from the Fourth Dimension and it insisted on cuddling and hitting on me all the time. I'd say running away in terror would be a best case scenario.

At least, it's the only scenario I can think of that doesn't necessarily end with our ambassadors to Equestria on a government vivisection table.
