But Iron Man's equipment is ridiculously better, better enough that a day to plan on Batman's part wouldn't be able to help him all that much.

He also does not plan
Batman had a way to defeat the ENTIRE JL just in case they had to fight in the posdibly eventual distant future.

Well okay, the closest thing to a comic book I've ever read is Fullmetal Alchemist, so I forfeit to your superior knowledge of comic books; however, many of the characters in FMA could beat Batman.

I watch TV. I am a 90's kid. I do not read many comics. Honestly I think Ironman would just squeak a win.

Borg would take it all the way. Their assimilation procedure is a lot faster, and it doesn't require strapping the victim to a special table, cutting their brain out, and putting it in a new body that requires resources to make.
