That's where this thing comes in. You find the British timezone thingy, and see where yours is. Frankly, it's kind of a hassle, but it works for them.

I was intending to start it after it finished downloading, but keep getting sidetracked. I actually haven't watched any anime in several days. I'll keep that in mind though, I mostly just downloaded it and every other series/movie/OVA I could think of just to check them out.
