So sad. Definite favorite on DS9.

I think the earlier series of DS9 let it down a bit. I personally on the whole prefer Voyager but if DS9 started at series 4 (including the really good ones from series 1-3) I think I would prefer that.

I think the reason I like Voyager more is that it poses a lot more moral and ethical dilemmas than DS9 did. I mean sure, DS9 had the:Falsifying of evidence and the murder of Senator Vreenak (IT'S A FAKE!!!!! ) to bring the Romulans into the war.
as well as others, but overall Voyager had more of them, probably because their situation was more desperate overall.

I don't think "Janeway is always right" is really presenting ethical dilemmas.

Voyager is many things, but morally complex and desperate are not on that list.

Between Londo still breathing and getting a redemption arc so lazy it makes Diamond Tiara's look earned, the BS end to the war, the bland romance angle between Delen and Sherridan and the one I can see them setting up between Ivanova and Marcus, I'm not interested in continuing.

1. They ended the war by talking. 2. I wanted to see the Shadows and/or the Vorlons get their asses whooped like they deserved. 3. But after some weird magic mumbo-jumbo crap and a stupid analogy on being like fighting parents, they just fuck off to wherever. 4. Can you imagine the Dominion War just stopping dead 6 episodes into a season? I sure can't.New haven america wrote:Also, you still have an entire half a season to get through.
