Singer: Not really into solo acts, but probably David Bowie.
Band: Pink Floyd.
Composer/Instrumentalist: Some say that Sigur Ros is instrumental, particularly when thinking of the tracks on () that feature only Hopelandic. But if you were going to be strict about it, then Chopin.

Smokey Robinson
Meat Loaf Band (does that include Patti Russo?)
Burt Bacarach

Theyre all multitalented musicians composers and producers who have a broad repertoire at various tempos. R&B, Ballads, Rock, Roll and lots beside (although I am missing some reggae)

and hasn't Burt Bacarach written every famous classic since the 1950s?

Queen

One of my favorite bands, very large library so it will be slightly less repetitive, a lot of variety in their music.

i would not want to listen to any singer. replace singer with one musical instrument, i would say synthacizer, and if that would be cheating, i would say therimin.
truth isn't what i say. isn't what you say. isn't what anybody says. truth is what is there, when no one is saying anything.
