Nah. If they're too poor to buy a new plow for Big Mac in order to increase workplace efficiency, then they have more important things to invest in before simple comforts like ACs.

It's a nice 17 degrees here, might reach 22-23 at the height of the day at most. :-D

Probably the only time i'm happy with the temperature in dreich Scotland is the summer.
