uh it appears after you get through the difficulties of reaching the overseers office, go down the stairs and then you reach a terminal next to some flooded reactor or something.
Then you should get a "WUM" sound of the new options for what to do with the vault. It's all in the wiki somewhere.

Doing for the republic part 2, trying to kill the khans, already did though, before I even went to vegas, do I just go back to more because I tried that right after I recieved the quest and nothing came up for me to dsay I already killed them, then again I didn't leave the dam, but I don't know if that affects anything.

OK I'm at the end of the dam, where the mountains are, and trying to get to the Legates camp, how do I get over these mountains, or if I don't how do I get to the legates camp?

Trying to find more audio logs for ED-E. I saw on Youtube you go to Ignacio Rivas for the 3rd one, however, after I talked to him the audio log never came up.
All I know is I need someone to say ARCHIMEDES and HELIOS.

Alright, just because a few pages back, people were posting their courier stories, I'll post the one of my first playthrough:

The courier always had a steady job, steady and clean, she was a courier, delivered packages to and from places, there was one incident were things didn't go as expected, but she couldn't remember what it was, whatever, it didn't matter, her job was to get a package to its place, and then after, have her a good time, in the town she was in, she'd been to New Vegas once, as a kid, her parents took her there, but she didn't care for the glitz and glamour of the place, that all changed when the Courier, Mikala, got a package to deliver to the strip, in New Vegas, she figured, she could get paid big caps, and maybe enjoy herself a bit more, and she'd heard rumors of some credit check, surely she'd be compensated for that as well, she was delivering her package when she was ambushed by a man in a checkered suit and some weird old world biker guys, who shot her and left her for dead, next thing she knows she awakes, and has some skills tested out and a check on her family history, it's a normal history, she loots the Doctors house, fearing that she will need some supplies to track down the man who killed her, or tried to, she steps out into town, but not before securing a few more stimpacks from the doctor who saved her life.

She goes into the town called goodsprings and finds a man named Ringo and hears of these "Powder Gangers", she recruits Sunny, and Ringo to attack them, and saves the town, she loots their corpses, considering it a "trouble payment" she then goes down the road, to a town called Primm, and along the way she's attacked by the gangers again, more looting and then she gets to Primm a few hours later, and finds some more Stimpacks for sale, and uses, the looted items to help with the cost, she then learns of Deputy Beagle and rescues him, fixes up Primm Slimm, and gets him to be Sgerrif, but, she's not done yet, she repairs E-de, and recruits him to tag along with her. She then see Nipton, the town decimated by slavers, but not before looting a few freshly killed raiders, she says she admires the Legion, no need in starting a fight, she thinks, and enters the City, hall, angry legion dogs, plus a lot of loot means big caps, she heads over to the mojave outpost to sell her loot, take the caps, and she if there's any work to be done, she gets some and holds it off for later, she then heads to Novac, it's nighttime by the time she gets there and talks with a guy named Boone, she helps him find the woman who sold his wife, and convinces him to join her. They travel to Nelson and the Legion Raid camp, she figures it was time to Punish them for Nipton, she had a cousin there, distant, but still, the area was wiped and looted of Legion troops, the NCR freed, and loot later sold, she then went to Boulder city, negotiated a truce with the Khans, only to wipe them out herself afterwords, that was the first wave of Punishments, delivered to those who oppose her.


The second wave came shortly after, she headed over to the Great Khan camp, to massacre them there, and red rock canyon and drug lab to do the same thing, she said to herself, "You fuck with me, I kill your family and your friends" After that she headed, to the 188 trading post, finally, she thought another Merchant after the stuff I've looted, it was getting heavy, while there she found Veronica, A BOS member, she'd heard about these people, but didn't know what to think of them, in exchange she let go of Boone, her next stop was to head to Helios one and restore power, which she did, and then head into New Vegas, where she went into Benny's Casino, and using the skills she picked up along the way, seduced, slept with, and killed him, shooting his corpse with Maria, she exited the Hotel, and helped out Ambassador crocker, she ten went around doing side Missions for the NCR, and Destroying Legion members when she could, her first one was cottonwood cove, where she took a centurion helmet, that she would accidently sell later, she would then be requested by Veronica to go to Hidden Valley, she complied, she also received a quest from McNamara, which she did, and after Veronica's Ordeal, she convinced Veronica to stay with the BOS, and later Became a member herself.

After doing countless side missions, and convincing Boone to be Bloodthirsty for Bitter Springs, and earning over 250,000 caps, she decided to head to the Dam, to talk with Colnerl Moore, after doing her missions in one way or another, she had killed house after giving him the chips for 5 times the requested price, the BOS and NCR made a truce, and The battle for Gomorrah meant one less casino Operating, she prepared for the battle at Hoover dam, the battle was Minimal in NCR casualties, but heavy in legion ones, and at the End of the Battle, Mikala Wore the Legate's Helmet and carried the Blade of the East out of the Camp, she had her Duster from the Divide on, where she learned about the one bad package, redirecting the missiles at Legion, a Chinese Stealth Armor, some NCR Mantle Armor, and a BOS power suit, the NCR retained control of the dam, and with Cesar and the Legate dead, along with Lucius, and Vulpes, the Legion was smashed, the Raiders had been destroyed every branch, every last one of them, and although supply lines took a bit of a hit, from the Van graffs and Mclafferty's deaths, the NCR rebounded, the Boomers, opened up finally, and the courier, made her home in the BOS Safehouse, occasionally going out on run for stuff to sell, not that she needed it, she would head into Vegas to get her money changed to NCR, when she had dealings with them, she lived a happy, and prosperous Life in the wasteland, being Known as a messiah by those who loved her, but for Evil, she was the Angel of Death.

That's a brief rundown, anything else I should add?

It pops up occasionally but it hasn't been as amusing in either of the next gen fallouts as it was in two
