Olthar wrote:This question is pointless because the two are incomparable as they exist in different genres. Star Trek is science-fiction while Star Wars is science-fantasy. Trying to ask which one is "better" makes about as much sense as comparing Transformers and Paranormal Activity. Sure, both movie series suck balls, but the former is action while the latter is "horror." The only way they can be compared is in the most general of senses, i.e. "Which makes you less want to kill yourself?" The same situation is in place for Star Trek and Star Wars, except that only half the movies of each are terrible. They really can't be compared beyond "Which is more enjoyable to watch?"

So which is more enjoyable to watch????

Star wars holds down a way more exciting story line and characters then star trek.

I don"t like either. If I had to choose, it would be Star Wars.
I have left NS.

I am an uber-Star Wars nerd. I am one of the only people I know who has read many of the books that go along with it. I've never really gotten into Star Trek, so I have to say Star Wars.
