My favorite has always been 001 - Bulbasaur!

Golurk - Huge 124 base attack, Iron Fist ability, key resistances and immunities, STAB Earthquake and Shadow Punch (enhanced by aforementioned Iron Fist).
Bouffalant - Reckless and Sap Sipper abilities, STAB Head Charge, and it simply kicks even more ass when fueled by Swords Dance.
Porygon-Z -STAB Tri Attack, Download and Adaptability abilities, and, with Nasty Plot and Agility, it becomes a fast and furious little virtual Pokemon.
Mr. Mime - One of the best leaders in a Baton Pass chain setup. Hands down.
Heracross - Choice Band + Swords Dance + STAB Megahorn = Easy Sweeping. Add in its Moxie ability, and it potentially becomes even more devastating.
Machamp - Monstrous base attack. Bulk Up. STAB DynamicPunch. 'Nuf said.
Ferrothorn - Sets up entry hazards like a pro, has plenty of resistances and, at least, one immunity, and defenses strong enough to wall off lots of threats. Love it.
Ursaring - If you can successfully set up Swords Dance and activate Flame or Toxic Orb, Crunch STAB Facade can sweep an entire team.

yes it's quite rare it's even more rare that it shows up in every region and has many effects

I know it's cliche, but- Charizard.

Mine is level 64, knows Flamethrower, Dragon Claw, Iron Tail, and Blast Burn. Iron Tail takes out rock types, and Dragon Claw allows it to fight ice and dragon types. Anything else (except for ****ing Miltank) can get destroyed by the fire attacks.
