I'm currently reading the book and I want to hear what NS thinks about it.

One of the best Dystopian novels of all time, hands down.

I'd recommend, if you haven't already read it, "Animal Farm," another amazing book by George Orwell.

Do you think it'll ever become reality in the Western world.

Agreed. Kept my attention the whole time, very clear on the themes and messages.

I don't think it will ever get that extreme in the "Western world", but I do believe surveillance and police have increased frighteningly in strength.

Try again, this time tell us what YOU think of it as well.
To those who feel, life is a tragedy. To those who think, it's a comedy.
