He said that he was quite a nice bloke. Doug was a friend of my dad's flatmate at the time, and came round. This was before Red Dwarf, and my dad said that he mostly talked about how much he liked science fiction.

I'm thinking of making a Red Dwarf RP in PttM which is set before the radiation leak, and therefore allows people to make up their own crew members to RP.
Does this sound like a good idea?
